"My visit to the property is the worse thing that happened to me in 2024, a very sad experiences that i ended up booking another apartment after staying in front of the apartment for over four hours without anyone or anybody letting me despite booking my reservations about two months before my arrival. The apartments should be banned from all hospitality App, they are disgrace to hospitality sector."

"The accommodation is very convenient and well-appointed, offering a good balance of location and price. However, cleanliness could be improved; I found dust and leftover items from previous occupants under the bed. Additionally, the constant sound of doors slamming was somewhat distracting. Despite these issues, I would consider staying here again due to its prime location and affordability."

"Die Unterkunft ist wirklich liebevoll gestaltet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und freundlich. Da wir mit Rollator unterwegs waren, war die Umgebung etwas schwierig. Taxen sind nur schwer zu bekommen, alles nur via Uber oder Freenow. Die nächste Bushaltestelle war etwas weiter weg. Aber wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wieder kommen."

"Bunch of fucking scammers wasting my fucking time and money. They cancelled my reservations last minute so I couldn’t physically cancel it, on top of that they refuse to refund my fucking money. I called them countless time to refund my money but wouldn’t pick up. Clearly they are using this method to scam people and they know well that Expedia do fuck all to help customers. They scammed me of my £165, worst fucking booking I’ve done on my life. If I can’t get my refund, might as well give them...

"Despite me getting back to their email straight away, they did not confirm the check in time (you have to meet someone at the property) until the day before and that was after many ignored messages and calls. They asked for a £250 deposit on a 1 night stay that a week later is yet to be returned (there is no argument that the property was left in exactly the condition it was found). The shower was broken and there was no hot water. They asked for extra money on leaving for an "extra linen"...

"I messaged this property as instructed and called several times to receive the access code necessary to enter the premises however I did not receive any response and was therefore left to book a last-minute hotel at great cost to myself. The property itself did not inspire confidence, as it looked like the outside of someone’s house with no signage to indicate it was reputable establishment to stay in.
