There is construction going on with the tree houses being built which looking at the direction they face, they will have a fantastic view of the lake. "Plain room. Carpets definitely need to be steam cleaned. Very minimal amenities. Good for an overnight waiting on a flight, but would not recommend for a lengthy stay. The highlight was that the breakfast had a great assortment of foods and beverages."

"Great location separate from the main hotel. We had a room with kitchen. Very convenient for storing our own drinks and food. Reheated some leftovers for breakfast. Nice view of canal. Comfortable bed and great location. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed ourselves very much in Delft. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Easy walk from the main train station. We recommend this hotel."
