"Easy walking distance to Sugamo station (about 5 minutes), lots of restaurants, clean and a good price. No trash bin in the room. Also, check in process was very problematic. No code was sent and I had to call multiple places to get a code. Sat outside the door trying to track someone down. VRBO was no help. No one every responded to my IMs on the VRBO messaging platform."

"誕生日会で宿泊しました。写真通りのお姫様全開なお部屋で、清潔感もあります。5人での宿泊ですが、ソファは人数分ないので2人は床でした。敷物はないので、お部屋のクッション借りしました。お風呂やトイレもこだわってて、綺麗ですが冷蔵庫は小さめだったので、機能性より内装や写真映え重視の人なら安心して泊まれます！私は映え重視だったのでいい写真がたくさん撮れて満足です！紙皿や割り箸、映えなフォークやスプーンもあってパーティには最適でした！ただ、今回、掲載されている電話番号が使用されてないとのことで管理人の方と連絡を取るのが非常に大変でした。私は現地に行ってみたらたまたまスタッフの方が居たのでその人伝に連絡を取れましたが、遠方からだったら連絡とれないままだったろうなって感じです。連絡だけつくようにして欲しいです。"

"We stayed here for 10 days, and other than not being able to find the hotel initially (if you travel by subway to Otsuka, take the exit to your right as you exit, next to the bakery makes everything much easier!). The rooms were clean and comfortable, but basic, which is all we wanted. The showers were good (good water pressure, amazing!). It was quite quiet, the area is nice, and the rest of Tokyo is easily accessible from the local station. If you want to sleep late, definitely bring an eye...

"Stayed in 201, 9 minute walk to the subway and the jr station. The room was super clean.. its a little tight for 4 people, but all we did was sleep and rest. There are two showers on the second floor.. the hot water and size was amazing.. bummed it wasn't in the room... but it wasn't a deal breaker.. there is a toilet on each floor, a little small but.. all japanese rooms are tiny..it was quiet and easy to check in.. the only complaint I had was wish we had more towels for a 14 day stay!!!"

"池袋駅からタクシーに乗って行きました。 大きい建物でした！！！お風呂が広いです！ 最初、場所迷ったのですが、電話などですぐに対応してくれて助かりました。メールなども返信が早くて、安心して利用できる場所です。これあれば良いなと感じたのは、現地の住所付近の地図があったりすると助かるなと感じました。部屋は綺麗でとても清潔な空間でした。また利用させて頂きます。"
