"My family and I were very happy with our stay at Eslead Hotel Osaka Tsuruhashi. I booked a room for three and it was perfect. I received all the necessary check-in information in a timely manner, which made it hassle free when we arrived. I'm glad that there was an area to store our luggages before check-in time. The room was clean and very spacious. We also had a laundry area and we were able to dry our clothes in our room- this was a huge plus. There was a kitchen area with some dishes that we could use. We were less than 5 minutes away from the train station which made it easy for us to navigate and visit places around Osaka. All we had to do was cross the street and take the elevator to the train station. The staff were helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. It was worth it and comfortable. The room was huge compared to other places I've stayed at in Japan. Self check-in and check-out was simple. There was an option for English which made it easy to understand. There were many restaurants within walking distance of Eslead Hotel. Overall, our stay was excellent! Thank you Eslead Hotel!"
