3 month old impeccable hotel that is located super close to the Osaka City Station! The rooms still smell new and I was on the 16th floor, top notch with a city view as well! The staff, all of them were so attentive and caring - just world class service! Highly recommend this Hilton for sure!!

We had a one night stay before departing Japan and the Westin was perfect. Good location and 30 min. to Itami Airport. Would stay longer next time. Great Breakfast Buffet. Spacious room w/ tub and shower. Clean and staff was professional and helpful. Higher floors have great views.

Loved the sweeping view from our room on the 46th floor. Have never stayed at a hotel with the quickest available elevators! The staff were very quick to provide service. The access to shopping is amazing and had to purchase another suitcase. The hotel was so convenient to return to the room to drop off packages and start all over again. Access to the subway was more than convenient as well as the access to three floors of dining options. There is even a museum on one of the lower floors.

What a great surprise! I did not know what to expect, but I was very happy with this property. It is close (1K) to the Itami Osaka International airport. There are 2 train stations on the Hankyu Takarazuka Line, both about 1K/ 20 minutes' walk. Taxi rides from the airport/stations were about 1000 yen. The staff were beyond friendly and hospitable! My friend staying with me was having medical issues and we were immediately offered help/accommodations in any way possible. The bath has a fantastic view over Nara, the property is nestled amongst some of the most beautiful scenery I’ve ever seen, our room was very cozy, and the breakfast in the morning left us full and satisfied. Great hotel. Loved every aspect. Helpful staff, especially Benjamin the bar manager, who gave us great tips on Osaka and recommended fantastic wines and cocktails.

Since the staff clean the rooms only once every three days, you do not need to worry about putting out the "don't disturb" tag every night. Clean and convenient, and economical.

Great location, amazing views from the hotel, the rooms are decently sized, there is however a bit of musty smell of old smoke.. but still a great option in an unbeatable location

I'm so glad I found the Hyatt Regency - this place is a gem! Located a few miles south of Osaka city, it's a great place to unwind after having your senses overstimulated in the big city! I took the subway everyday into the city center - about 15-20 minutes, but there is a free hotel shuttle that brings guests to JR Osaka station. I prefer the train!
