"Excellent hotel, very clean and friendly staff."

"We stayed at Hotel Hankyu RESPIRE OSAKA for 1 night and had such a great experience. The room wasn’t huge, our group of 3 fit very comfortably even with our luggage open. Everything felt very clean, fresh, and modern, especially the bathroom and the whole room had a really new and well-maintained feel to it. The hotel amenities were excellent. They provided slippers and sleeping attire, and there were also free amenities available in the reception area such as toothbrushes, along with coffee and tea. The buffet breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, there were so many options, including vegetarian-friendly choices. We left breakfast feeling very satisfied. The location is incredibly convenient. It’s only a very short walk to the station, which made getting around Osaka super easy. It’s also close to shopping, restaurants, and even within walking distance of Umeda Sky Building. The area outside can get busy during peak hours, but it was still very manageable. We even walked to the station with all our luggage during a busy period and had no issues. The view from our room was also quite nice. Check-in and check-out were both self-service, fast and easy, but there were always plenty of staff nearby ready to help if needed, which made the process feel very smooth and welcoming. Luggage storage was also simple and convenient, you just provide your email. Overall, this was an extremely comfortable and convenient stay, definitely would come back again."

"This was an amazing hotel. Right next to the train station. Nice gym with an amazing view. "

"Air conditioning was very bad during our stay. Even with the AC fan set to high, it barely felt like any air was coming out. The thermostat was set to 20°C, which is the lowest setting, but the room still felt very hot, especially at night. We stayed for 3 nights and were sweating every night because of how warm the room was. We complained to the front desk multiple times, but they said they could not do anything about it. They also did not have fans to provide. One staff member even suggested using the humidifier as a fan. If you are coming from a cold place or you are a hot sleeper, I would recommend choosing a different hotel."

"Great location in Osaka. Easy walk to transport, shops, restaurants and the river with parks,markets and rose gardens. Comfortable bed and good shower highly recommended. 😊"

"The hotel was great. The staff were very welcoming. The room was clean and enough space for our family of 4. The a hotel was just steps away from the train station and walking distance to great food and Dontonbori . We had an amazing stay and will definitely stay here again."
