Great place and great service. Check in can take a while when there is a line. They need a better way to do that. Otherwise, very happy with the location and the hotel is modern and the rooms are convenient. You can hear the train if you get a lower level room so I recommend a higher floor if that bothers you.

I'm so glad I found the Hyatt Regency - this place is a gem! Located a few miles south of Osaka city, it's a great place to unwind after having your senses overstimulated in the big city! I took the subway everyday into the city center - about 15-20 minutes, but there is a free hotel shuttle that brings guests to JR Osaka station. I prefer the train! I’ve never been to a hotel that showers you with free amenities like Bali did. Even though I didn’t take advantage of it, it was still nice to experience it. Oh and also they provide free red/white wine and miso soup.

The grand residence room for families is a great space and super comfortable. We were in Japan for a month and this was one of our best hotel rooms. Osaka is a hectic and fun place. Sort of feels like you are staying in the middle of a Vegas strip but inside it was comfortable and very quiet. The furniture and bedding was all brand new. Amenities superb.

Staff were nice and provided food recommendations near by. Property was located in a quiet area, except that it is next to a fire department, so from time to time you'll hear the alarm from the trucks, but it's only for a short period of time. Located near the Shinsaibashi Station (on the Midosuji Line), once off the train, it is a decent walk within the underground shopping (Crystal) malls; google maps has 9 mins (500m), but I typically can get to the hotel within 9 mins. Exceeded expectations!

This place was great. Super clean, amazing-friendly staff. Our family felt very comfortable here. They definitely went above and beyond. Not to mention the place was extremely clean.

Magical ryokan experience with a kaiseki dinner by the river and a maiko performance. The room was basic, but had all the comforts we needed. I did not book a room with a private onsen, but the public onsen was lovely - spotless, very hot, and no one was there so it was private! The setting up in the mountains by the river was absolutely enchanting. The service was also outstanding - everyone was warm and friendly. An unforgettable and highly recommended experience.

An amazing and unique traditional stay in a small town outside of Kyoto. It is secluded and we were still able travel to Kyoto, Nara, Osaka, and Kobe. Public transportation is provided multiple time every morning, and although I did a lot I highly recommend walking around the trails, and temples. My favorite temple was right behind the hotel, and it held amazing views and was not crowded at all. The hotel is very nice and the staff is incredible, but the location is not the best. Everything is about 20 min walk, which doesn’t seem much, but it is because google maps thinks we all walk fast. Hotel is super clean and beautiful

It is a nice hotel and not in a busy area, so it's quiet for a bigger hotel, but odd it is in a rather quaint neighborhood. Easily walkable to a subway station and to the main shopping boulevard. Many small streets with shops and restaurants nearby and worth exploring. Convenience store and post office a short walk away.

Great location, super modern and clean, staff was very friendly and even had a birthday card for my daughter and let us use a Polaroid camera to make memories. They saw us dressed up in kimonos and came outside to take pictures of us. Even told us where to pose so you could see the beautiful temple in the background. Overall, this was a beautiful place and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend
