Beautiful property!

Property was clean and seemed well maintained. Front desk clerk was very nice and friendly.

Sam, Kaitlyn, Darusia are always just wonderful! This is my go to place for my long stays in Americus. The customer service is great, the room in nice, and the owner is always doing great upgrades to the property. They have a wonderful breakfast and lunch that has a waiting line of people before the doors are open!!!

Great place, hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate, speaking as someone who travels with a germaphobe!

I was very pleased with the comfort of the room and slept quite well.

Room was very clean as well as living and dining room. Staff did excellent job to accommodate us and breakfast was very good. Exterior entry as well as the porch floor, swing and chairs were a mess with bird poo and a stack of cardboard on the porch made the entry unpleasant

Beautiful place, friendly staff, peaceful, excellent getaway! I stayed in the villa and the only thing I could find wrong or missing was that there was no microwave in my room and I had problems at the time with the internet but that could have been on my end. I will defiantly go back to visit! And very glad to know that they are pet friendly with much to see and do there!

Front desk staff exceptional, room was mostly clean but shower shows some built up grit.

Wonderful, really enjoyed our stay

We were welcomed at check in, even though it was almost 1am. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for a stop on our road trip. We had breakfast before we left, which included oatmeal, cereal, coffee, danishes, and fruit. We definitely recommend for an affordable and pleasant stay!

I've been a guest at this property many times in the past. On this occasion, I paid for the room and was charged the amount for a two bedroom suite. Unfortunately, they charged my card an additional $20.00 surcharge. For What? I checked out on Sunday and don't see the credit to the card submitted yet. I was not happy about that.

Great staff. Best place in town. Albany is a dump as it is. Having a really good place to stay when you have to go there is a must. This fits the bill perfectly.
