"Stuffs are very friendly. They do not have front desk, which worried me when I booked the room. However, when we arrived, we texted as what they mentioned in the instructions, they replied immediately. And when had trouble to use the door( which is my mistake), their manager come to my door in few minutes from nowhere and taught us how to use it and explained all the passwords etc.

"The only negative thing we could comment on is that the underground parking space was not easy to locate and, when we did find it, there was NO WAY that we were going to fit our SUV in that space and be able to get out of the vehicle (!!)even though the car next to us was parked well within the lines. We ended up finding parking on the road outside so it was no big deal for us."
