"Fantastic accommodation & service. We stayed in the cottage which had 2 double beds & a large shower room upstairs. Downstairs there was a large lounge with separate conservatory. A wonderful private garden with decking & sun loungers. We had breakfast & dinner in the hotel on both nights & the food was fantastic. The staff were equally wonderful & nothing was a problem for any of them. We were down for Crufts at the NEC & took a taxi which was about £20 each way. I would definitely...

"Very large hotel/ resort, though easy to be in, service was good, a lovely vibe. Facilities easy to access. Breakfast was fairly good, though I was very surprised a hotel of that calibre did not have any non dairy yogurt on offer. They were apologetic. If you want vegan items you will need to ask for them as they are not readily available. Maybe they just don’t have many plant based diet guests??? A good stop overall for an overnight stay whilst passing through"

"Overall it was an enjoyable experience. however the view from the room window itself was terrible bins and rundown back of building. The sink and some tiles on floor were both cracked. It had clean bed. and I liked separate sleeping room for daughter. the restaurant was timeless classic. It had beautiful bar area and nice pool. grounds were fantastic. "
