"This hotel was great. I had a wonderful time. The staff was very nice and respectful. They had great service awareness. They were two ladies at the concierge (front desk) that worked in the morning of April 5 2026, they were wonderful and professional. The bartender at night, a gentleman I think his name Oscar or Albert. He’s amazing he worked that weekend from April 3-5."

"The hotel was nice over all, good location and nice rooms, however only one pillow per person in the bed, with little to no neck support. On the second day I went to reception to ask if I could have an extra pillow and was told they had no spare pillows and to ask again the next day, which I did, again no spare pillows. It’s such a shame because had they either had better quality pillows in the first place, or at least a spare upon request, I wouldn’t have woken up through the night every night with dead arms, shoulder and neck pain. Sleep deprivation when you’re trying to enjoy a holiday is frustrating, especially given the size of the hotel it’s hard to imagine there was no spare pillows throughout the whole hotel. The staff were ok but not very helpful or empathetic and didn’t really seem to care for guest comfort."

"Our accommodation was perfect in every way. Everything was spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly, helpful, and polite, and the location was ideal. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh, and offered a great selection. Our room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return."
