"We arrived late evening, however a staff member was still on site, she was very pleasant and extremely helpful, made us feel “at home”. The castle has been kept very authentic and would be exactly what someone would want to experience in a castle built in 1283, absolutely amazing place. Would recommend anyone to stay. "Brilliant stay. We stayed here for a weekend trip to go to phantasialand. Clean and spacious apartment. Walking distance to the shuttle bus to phantasialand. Shopping centre 2 min walk away and felt very safe, even when arriving at 2am. Very convenient and easy to use self check in pod for out of hours"
