Villa Marisol is set in a quiet residential complex by the sea in Fontane Bianche, a popular seaside resort south of Syracuse. The property boasts a fabulous sea front location and an exclusive terrace with Jacuzzi (not heated), bbq area and garden.
Tastefully furnished with attention to details, Villa Marisol is just a few minutes away from the most beautiful Sicilian south-eastern towns such as Syracuse, the baroque towns of the Val di Noto and the nature reserves of Vendicari, Pantalica and Cassibile, but also Taormina and the Mount Etna Park.
While the long, sandy beach of Fontane Bianche is just one kilometre away.
At guests disposal: private jacuzzi (2 meters diameter,depth 0,50 m - 1,20 m; not heated), air conditioning, internet WI-FI, washing machine and dishwasher, satellite TV. Parking within the grounds.

A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
