"Awesome place with a great staff. Stayed for a couple of nights for US visa work and this was an ideal location for visiting the VAC and the embassy. Staff is familiar with the visa process and have a good grasp of Hindi/English, so communication was easy and straightforward. They have some sort of a 'visa' package, which apparently includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the in-house restaurants; which was a blessing as roaming outside in Chennai in the summer is not fun. "By looking at this hotel it is pretty nice especially for the price. It isn't until you stay at the hotel is when you see the problems. I turned on the AC and it was extremely dusty. Anyone who came in my room their nose would start being irritated and start sneezing. My hot water didn't work. It took the maintenance guy two times to come back to finally make the hot water work but it was barely warm hot. I had to leave the water on for 7-10 minutes for the water to get warm hot so I could take...
