"Staff are very helpful and friendly. The room is clean. You can get some basic supplies such as qtip, wet tissue paper, earplugs, etc. from the lobby. There is a water dispenser (cold, warm, and hot) on each floor and there is a jug in the room for you to get water back to your room. The hotel is just steps away from the Ximen MRT exit #2 and very convenient. This exit doesn't have escalator nor elevator though. If you have heavy luggages, you will need to use other exits and walk over here. We arrived Taipei in the morning and couldn't check in yet. The hotel has concierge service and kept our luggage till we check in. When we checked out, the staff helped us to use the self-serve luggage storage and we could pick up the luggages on our own before heading to the airport at night."
