Unico Hotel Riviera Maya - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay at UNICO 20°87° We had an amazing experience at UNICO. The resort is beautiful, the food was excellent, the drinks were high quality, and the staff truly made the trip. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and the service was consistently excellent throughout our stay. Our personal concierge, Manuel went above and beyond and helped make our stay memorable! Unfortunately, there was a lot of sargassum during our stay, which made the beach difficult to enjoy, but we understand that’s completely outside of the resort’s control. Aside from the beach conditions, UNICO exceeded our expectations. Amazing food, beautiful pools and grounds, great rooms, excellent drinks, and outstanding service. We had an incredible vacation and would absolutely recommend UNICO and return in the future."

"Definitely liked and enjoyed the rooms in Oaxaca. Very spacious fitted all 5 of us. Staff were mostly friendly with the exception of reception desk. It did not feel welcoming during the check in and check out process. Food was great at the hacienda buffet. Reservation for the restaurants were bit hard to come by but food was great. There was a lack of entertainment and if there were some you would have to catch a shuttle to the different hotel. However all experience it was an enjoyable one. Definitely a family resort for a more relaxing vibe."

"Beautiful property, well maintained, staff incredible very helpful , highly recommended. We were for a week in the premium section in the Rivera Maya only adults. Thumbs up for the excellent costumer service, everyone from the hard working guys that clean the beaches until the management staff. Special Mention to Diego in the reception , Mary the housekeeper, Liliana the waitress (Miramar buffet). Definitely we will be back 💕"

"Beautiful resort, 24 hour room service. Impeccably clean. All staff were so kind and very welcoming. I don’t usually revisit places/ hotels, but TRA Yucatan, I could definitely do again. They treated me like royalty for my birthday!"

"Ana was amazingly responsive to any question we had, always responding within minutes. The place was spectacular and very clean. We loved the nearby cenotes. The space worked very well for our 10 family members, including a baby. The landscaping was beautiful. It was very quiet and peaceful."
