"the host never responded to me, nor have checkin details however Stayz still insisted on us travelling to the place way after checkin time at night before they would approve funds for alternate accommodation. Absolute joke."

"We booked this property for our family of six. After paying via VRBO I sent a few questions. At this point, I was informed that we needed to pay more money for the six of us (despite putting in a reservation for 6 people). I contacted VRBO and they told me that the lodge was not allowed to do that but didn't do anything on our behalf. I contacted the property and asked for a refund and was not given one. Before our stay we stopped by to talk to them in person and were assured that all was well...

"A great experience in all aspects. Nick was easy to communicate with, our villa manager Phuong was so helpful as was all the staff at the villa and the restaurant. We had 7 in our group and the villa was great! Especially the daily breakfast! A peaceful location not too far from town great for families. Highly recommended!"
