"We stayed 4 nights and it was a decent walk to the old town, which we were fine with as we walk a lot. The room didn't feel thoroughly cleaned ahead of arrival, and was only cleaned every 2 days. When we asked about breakfast we were given a menu but no times so we missed the first one (8-10 only). We only had breakfast twice and it was nothing to write home about. However it was a really nice place for us to enjoy and local tours were able to pick us up and drop off without any issue. "

"If you are going to central Vietnam start here. Yes, you can do nothing besides sit at the pool and read. But you can also use one of the new bicycles or rent a scooter on site to visit the villages on the island. These were the friendliest local people we have interacted with on our entire trip.
