"Property was decent. Room was clean and everything worked. Front desk checkin was pretty quick gentleman at desk was friendly. Bed was a little harder than I like and the pillows were small. But, they gave you four pillows per bed and overall I was there to sleep. "

"A beautiful historic building in the middle of downtown Marshalltown. We loved our room It was enormous! Very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. The only issue we had in 211 was the air conditioning. Highly recommend. And will stay again!!"

"Both rooms smelled musty. The bathroom door in one room had a large crack in it and in the other room the door looked like it had been wet because it was all brown on the bottom. The shower curtain looked like it might have blood on it, the smoke detector was covered with some kind of netting, the door had a crack all around it. I will not stay there again."

"Very clean and welcoming. Set near a heritage farm on the northern outskirts of Grinnell. Futon bed on lower level, actual bed in loft space (watch your head!) Steep stairs leading up to it. Bathroom relatively roomy. “Cosy” is a word that comes to mind. It was fun."
