"The hotel is very large with many guests. Our room itself is spacious. Onsen is comfortable but there's not much view. It's a quiet area, besides the Onsen Jinku, there's not much to see. But overall, the experience is good."

"チェックインの際、外国の方だったので戸惑いがありました。アメニティや浴衣の説明がなく、後から気付いて取りに行きました。温泉は泉質がいいのか、お肌つるつるしっとりしていました。食事も美味しかったです。炊き込みごはんは米が何か違うような気がしましたが味は美味しかったです。朝の白米はつやつやでしておそらく新米でした。貸切湯が宿泊者は半額ということでしたが、ここは無料の宿が多いので無料にするべきだと思いました。お部屋は清潔感もありよかったです。割引きで安く泊まれてこのクオリティまた泊まりたいと思えました、チェックアウトも11時で朝もゆったり準備できました。お世話になりましたありがとうございました。"

"The hotel is comfortable with a private onsen to enjoy in our room. The meals were wonderful and the staff bent over backwards to cater for my shellfish allergy. The room is large and lightfilled. We enjoyed the entire trip and thank the friendly staff for their support"

"Staff were very friendly and courteous. Kaiseki dinner and buffet breakfast were out of the world! Onsen, water temperature was perfect, and Jungle Onsen was interesting. Our room was tatami room with 2 beds which was large enough and comfortable. Even though the unit was rustic, it was very clean. They had no problem picking us up from the JR station even though I called the hotel in the morning of the arrival day. (Get off at JR Chikugo-Yoshiimachi station.) "This is the Sotetsu Inn you should choose when visiting Kumamoto. Note that it is bigger than the typical Sotetsu inns in the Tokyo area so you get a more spacious quiet and comfortable room. Location is perfect as you are right next to the shopping arcade. "
