Enjoy sunny days poolside, evenings in the hot tub, and restful nights in comfy beds. With modern amenities and a central location, this home is your perfect base for exploring all that Tampa has to offer!
Tampa, Florida is a sun-soaked paradise where the salty breeze kisses your skin, and the endless horizon meets turquoise waters in perfect harmony.
The space
With its palm-lined promenades and a vibrant coastal culture, your ultimate escape into tropical bliss begins the moment you arrive. Add luxurious accommodations into the equation, such as those you’ll find here at The Tampa Oasis, and your perfect getaway is complete!
Once you arrive, drop the bags and head out onto the home’s lush back patio, a retreat for the soul as you make a splash in the waters of the sparkling inground pool, beginning to soak up that plentiful Floridian sunshine. Dry off poolside on comfortable chaise lounge seating while the mixologist among you whips up a round of cocktails. Dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table or stretch out on the sofa for a delectable afternoon nap.
Away from the home, begin your greater Tampa exploration in historic Ybor City as you wander through its cobblestone streets adorned with colorful buildings and immerse yourself in the rich Latin heritage. The well-equipped kitchen offers the convenience of prepare meals right at home, showcasing stainless steel appliances, glossy stone counters, and sleek white cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. For a little friendly competition, head into the bar/game room to try your hand at a round of darts while the big game plays out on the mounted TV.
This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed.
Bedroom #2 includes a full-over-queen bunk bed and a TV.
Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
The home also includes a half bathroom, conveniently accessible from both the kitchen inside the home and the yard/pool area. The yard/pool area also features a convenient outdoor shower. Additionally, there is a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for 3 vehicles with an additional 3 spaces in front of the home on the street.
• This home also features a sauna
•( You will have to inquire about bringing pets to this property prior to booking it must be approved if bring pets.) Pet friendly! Maximum 1 large dog or 2 small dogs allowed. A flat pet fee of $150 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pet.
• Reporting pets is non-negotiable/required and if guests fail to report/pay pet fees and evidence of pets are discovered upon check out, you will be charged for pet fees with additional fail to report fee $250!
• To have the pool heated upon check in, it has to be requested at least 24hrs prior to your check in time.
• No glass of any kind is allowed by the pool area. Pool is heated and must be covered when not in used, overnight and prior to check out. No fee is required to heat the pool; however, the guests MUST keeping pool and hot tub covered to avoid a charge of $100 (compensation for extra heating cost) and a charge for any damages to the equipment as a result of negligence!
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras, both located on the front of the home and actively monitoring the entrance and driveway.
• Regular maintenance is conducted on a weekly basis to keep the property in top condition. Yard and palm tree maintenance, as well as pool service, typically take place on Sundays. Our vendors are respectful of your privacy, and there is no need for you to be present during these services. While they will not disturb you, we just wanted to make you aware in case you notice them on the property.
Tampa is a bustling city with dining, shopping, and entertainment built around life on the water. From watching champion sports teams to dining your way through downtown’s food scene or visiting the stunning beaches of Tampa’s urban neighbor St. Petersburg, you will quickly find why Tampa is becoming an increasingly popular destination.
This home is only a short drive from some of Tampa’s most popular dining, shopping, and entertainment options such as Raymond James Stadium and Hyde Park Village, a walkable area lined with popular retailers and local restaurants. On those perfect Florida days, take the scenic drive to the beautiful beaches of St. Petersburg where you can soak up the sun between dips in the water.
Guest will enter the property through the main door on the front of the home.
The guests will have access to the entire home full driveway private back patio and outdoor hot tub pool and sauna
