Dinner at the hotel restaurant was equally impressive—flavorful, beautifully presented, and full of local character. "Hyatt has taken the former Novotel and marginally upgraded it. Novotel was already very good, but Hyatt is better for a number of details, especially the quality of the breakfast, expensive but very good."
