"The Hotel is charging too high then the facility they provide. The rooms which they provide are average and should not cost more then 1.5k. But they charged me 8k for the same room. I would never reccommend to book this Hotel. It would be better to book a 5 star hotel in place of this hotel. "

"Location of the resort is amazing however maintenance of the property is very poorly managed. Most of the rooms at ground level are having water leakage issues from roof. Food quality is nice whether its breakfast, lunch or dinner. Also the car parking space kept in an open land outside the resort which causes battery downtime during rainy season as weather is quite chilled here."

"1.no electricity 2.no service what so ever , we called their restaurants at least 4 times but they did not care to pickup call 3. we had order a sandwich and after 1 hpur waiter comes and inform us it cannot be made. 4. they roof of the room was dripping in rain 5. the bathtub was broken and leaking 6. bathtub was not even cleaned the water was yellow as urine"

A special shout-out to Vijay, Abhishek, and the food team manager (whose name I unfortunately can't recall) for their exceptional service. The food team manager went above and beyond to accommodate my father’s food allergies, providing specially prepared fresh meals just for him. **Cons:** The ongoing renovation work made our stay slightly uncomfortable."

"Had a quick stay at the Fern near Kalyan, the property is clean and well managed. the only surprise was that they do not offer bell services or valet so you have to handle your luggage by yourself. The rooms are well kept and clean and the food in the room service was great too. "
