The location is perfect, offering great opportunities to explore the local neighborhoods. For us, it was the best hotel in Melbourne in terms of both price and facilities. "Our stay was okay"

"From arrival to departure our stay at the Mercure was great. The lady at reception was a delight and made us feel welcome. We were upgraded to the superior king room which had a great view of the city. The room was very quiet. The bed comfortable. We really loved the bathroom with a beautiful walk in shower. The only down side was the pool as it was supposed to be 31 degrees but it was no where near that temperature. Very cold to the point where we couldn’t swim without freezing. Probably good in summer but not winter."
