Found this park by accident. On a HUGE lake outside of Mount Dora. Has a real train people can ride for a price. During the holidays people take a ride on the train and Santa makes an appearance! Very cool for kids of all ages, even adults. Park has water park in summer, playground open year round and much much more!

"Can’t beat this place for proximity to all Mount Dora offers, but in a quiet location with parking. Wish it had two comfortable chairs rather than a lumpy chaise, but otherwise great."
