"David’s home was so beautiful! We didn’t feel like we were in a tiny house at all. We had pretty much everything we needed. Our favorite spot was the porch with views of Pike’s Peak. The AC unit was awkward and while it cooled the living area, it didn’t cool the bedrooms well. We had the windows open but they didn’t help much. Luckily it wasn’t too hot and we could deal with it. A fan in the master bedroom would have been nice. The location was perfect for our needs but it was a tight community and wasn’t as private but it worked for our short stay. David was responsive to our questions and friendly. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home! "

"Our family spent 5 wonderful days here and highly recommend it for a relaxing retreat in the mountains. Very clean, every amenity provided, and no issues whatsoever. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is modern, spacious, and well-stocked. Spend time relaxing on the front porch, in the hot tub, or around the fire pit. It's in a great location within walking distance to many local businesses. Would gladly stay here again! "
