Alfredo part of the reception team was extremely helpful and welcoming, very knowledgeable about Tehuacan. The only negative point was that any room has in bathroom/shower handicap support rails! I recommended. I'll definitely be back. "

El " gerente" vino a checar el clima y segun ya estaba trabajando... Una toalla nada mas. Y una botellita de agua... Orizaba tiene muchas otras opciones...lamento que este hotel este tan mal...."

"I really liked my room. There was a large sofa with a sitting area but the bed was huge and REALLY comfortable. Location was perfect and the staff went above and beyond and helped me get to the biosphere reserve 🌵 (why I came to Tehuacan) I extended my stay here a day and will stay here again whenever I come back.
