Avoid
The restaurant was closed, despite it being advertised. on their website and hotels.com. No dinner when i arrived late in the evening and no breakfast the following morning, despite booking for B&B. They still had a sheet of paper in the room, advertising the breakfast. No remote for the TV, no phone in the room, the bathroom light constantly flickered - enough to set off an epileptic (I'm not, so all good), no wifi in the hotel. I've stayed here many times in the past. I won't stay here again.

These rooms have a door inside to the next room. If you get a neighbour that plays loud music, has arguments, smashes things up - don’t expect to sleep. As an added bonus, if they smoke drugs in there, your room will also fill with the smell of it, making it impossible to stay in your own room at 3am

Starting off, parking is free at the back of the hotel. Upon checking in at 10 pm, we were informed that the dining area is closed due to refurbishment hence there will be no breakfast. I am pretty sure that this could have been informed wither upon booking or after confirmation or a day or 2 prior to arrival so that we could make alternate arrangements as we had especially made a booking for breakfast. Room was freezing cold and took us a good hour to get the room warm enough to stop shivering. They did not have any extra blankets for the night. Carpets were stained, albeit vacuumed. There was no tissue toilet rolls or toilet roll holder in the toilets. They however provided one upon request. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Would never recommend.

We had a lovely stay. The room was clean and the bed was really comfy. The only issue we had was no hot water for a shower/bath and no heating in the bathroom.

Disappointing stay
I got an executive room and it was by no means that standard. It was spaceous but very cold and couldnt increase the temperature the decor was really outdated. They also told us they couldn't offer breakfast due to the chef being unwell.
