"This is the most amazing experience and stay that I have ever had in my life! The hotel is family owned small boutique establishment in the middle of the jungle. Surrounded by beautiful untouched nature, the amazing cenote and the absolutely phenomenal hospitality of the owners! The cenote is breathtaking and worth visiting! "Overall, great location, large comfortable rooms and bathrooms. The AC worked great. Room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and courteous. The only issue was the TV wasn't working properly and they never fixed during our stay (3 nights/2 days). We would definitely stay here in our next visit to Valladolid."
