Boa localização

Boa localização, a 5 min a pé da Feirinha do Alto e shoppings e 15 min a pé da Sede Teresópolis do Parque Nacional da Serra dos Órgãos. Sem café da manhã. Estrutura bem simples, mas com atendimento atencioso.

Condições ruins e muita sujeira

Os funcionários são super simpáticos e solícitos, mas as condições do Hotel são bem ruins. Nem é tão antigo, mas parece que foi muito mal cuidado. A limpeza também é bem ruim. Arredamos uma cama para nosso filho, e estava muito sujo debaixo dela. Tinha muito pó, pedaços de papel e até um cotonete velho. Não foi possível dormir sem tomar um antialérgico.

Atendimento bem simpático dos recepcionistas, ajudando e encontrando soluções. Hospedagem fica em boa localização, perto de vários pontos turísticos. Pontos de melhoria seria oferecer café da manhã e melhorar as condições do quarto (climatizar, melhorar cama).

Gostei muito da estadia, só senti falta de 1 café da manhã, que fosse básico, nada D+. E não dei sorte com a cama que apesar de ser bem confortável fazia muito barulho quando me mexia. Mas no geral foi tudo muito bom. Agradeço especialmente a menina que me atendeu todos os dias.

Pousada bem simples, mas sem comprometer. Quarto e banheiros de bom tamanho. Cama razoável. O chuveiro elétrico, por não estar bem vedado, pingava água fria. O staff muito atencioso e gentil. Tivemos uma tomada com defeito que foi de pronto consertada.

O custo-benefício justifica o preço. É tudo bem simples, mas é limpo e organizado. O hotel está localizado um pouco distante do centro, mas, de carro, não há dificuldades em aproveitar a cidade. Os quartos são bem simples e pequenos problemas na estrutura poderiam ser avaliados eventualmente (como porta toalha de rosto, tranca no janela e parafusos no espelho da maçaneta. Todos os itens do banheiro). Mas, valeu a pena a experiência

Pra uma noite serviu.

Razoável. Roupa de cama e banho limpos mas o banheiro tinha umas mosquinhas bem incômodas, além disso a quantidade de sabonetes muito precária, só havia 1 pequeno. O Frigobar não funcionou, embora não tenha sido necessário. Fiquei apenas uma noite, senti falta da oferta de café da manhã. Cobertores suficientes.

Preço justo para o que oferecem

Local próximo ao centro , atendimento simples e caseiro , todos muito atenciosos ! Chuveiro elétrico que no frio a água não esquenta muito e fica desligando e não tinha um apoio para colocar sabonetes, shampoo , etc A bica estava pingando e o quarto só tinha uma tomada.

RIDÍCULO.

Péssima. Chegando ao local fui informado que não havia café da manhã, contudo COMPREI PORQUE A INFORMAÇÃO INCLUIA CAFÉ DA MANHÃ, FIQUEI NO PREJUÍZO. Janela do banheiro não possuia trancas, tampa da privada solta e local sem uma pessoa RESPONSÁVEL, apenas funcionarios sem poder algum.
