We arrived at 6:pm, and there was a house behind a huge fence, we ring the bell, no body showed up, after 1 hour waiting to be attended outside, there was a elderly gentleman that came to us and told us that his grand daughter wasn’t there, he tried to call her but never answered, so finally we leaved without a place to stay after 4 hours driving. "We've stayed at this property twice in the last 2 years and the standards have remained consistently good. Staff are friendly and very helpful and it's perfectly placed for the Pompei ruins, just 100 steps away from the ampitheatre entrance. We'd certainly stay there again."
