The hosts were very welcoming, and it was a nice touch that there was tea/coffee and biscuits available for us when we arrived as we were exhausted after flying in from Canada earlier that morning. "We spent a long day traveling to the hotel. 10 hours on the plane and 3 hours on bus, train and cab to get to the hotel. This hotel was near the cruise harbour and previous reviews said it was nice. What very pleasant surprise when we entered the doorway to the Leonardo Grand Harbour. The concierge greeted us with cheerful salutation and said let me take your baggage and he would make sure it gets to the room after we check in. What a relief not to have to move it around any more. As we were checking in the hotel staff handed us a refreshing cool drink. When we checked in and received our keys, the concierge asked if we were going on one of the cruises. After we confirmed, he asked which cruise and what time and he would arrange for a taxi to pick us up and take us to the cruise ship in time for boarding. Another task no longer needed to arrange. Quite nice. We were tired so we ate at hotel and the food was excellent. A very nice room. We included breakfast at check-in. I will say the breakfast was excellent. A buffet with many tasty choices. The concierge held our luggage after checkout and when the taxi arrived he helped the driver load the luggage. The Hotel was top notch and the concierge was the highlight and made the stay memorable."
