"New building at great course in the hills. Nice quick step away from the city. Quality of furnishings could be better and the overall house keeping cleanliness has much room to improve. This is true for the new Iconic and the original Residences. My experience from visiting several times over tha past 5 years."

"The place is nice but could be managed better. The furniture of the rooms needs to be refurbished. The indoor activities needs an upgrade too. The biggest issue is the stray dogs who unfortunately are not sterilized due to which they are extremely territorial and aggressive towards other dogs. As the property is a pet friendly resort, they need to ensure that the guests who come with their pets feel safe and and the stray population at the hotel does not attack the pets."
