"Other than the usual clean room and friendly staffs service . we would like to extend our appraisal to the hotel staffs who offer to help , even after their working hour . We checked out the hotel on 9/6/2024 . and was at the airport , screening our luggages at the airport X-ray screening station, shockingly , the officers told us that an item is prohibited from leaving without proper paper documents . "The hotel itself was fine, it just doesn’t have a noise policy and is in a very popular part of town so other guests were very loud until very late in the night. The room was comfortable and had hot water in the bathroom which was so nice. Good walking distance from many popular locations."

"If you want a well situated bargain hotel, this will do. However it seems a bit run down as an establishment, hot water was as good as non-existant, and that's not fun in mid December in KTM. The room was spacious and quiet but in generally poor condition. Staff were friendly and helpful but a little wanting on competence and efficiency."
