Hanoi Splendid Premium Hotel

"We only stayed one night but were welcomed very nicely. The staff was really helpful and we had a wonderful breakfast. They held on to our luggage while we visited Hanoi and brought us drinks and fruit when came back to cool off in the lounge waiting for our car to the airport. Definitely recommend really walkable area to see sights too."

"We had a wonderful stay at grand du lac hotel, the service was excellent from the check in , breakfast menu (reminded by Ben through a late morning call) and until check out One of the staff (Camellia) also helped my wife gets her dried peach sweets from local store, they really went above and beyond to make us happy We will definitely stay at this hotel again if we come to Hanoi in the future"

We wanted to give a special mention to Tim for the fantastic check-in and for also sorting so much for us for our onward travels. This is a lovely hotel in the middle of the old quarter with great staff, service and luxury. We had the grand terrace room and views speak for themselves."
