"Thecstaff vhanged our room immediately after we got a sloghtky dufferent room. The room was grear. The only pribkem was the chrome casting to watch movies. In the evenings it didnt work. Breakfast was fine for our room service breakfast and of course location is excellent. The pool was a great place to relax. Restaurant bar was awesome too. Didnt visit the other ones this time. Would definitely recommend to a friend."

"Lovely place and staff are friendly. When I got to my room the towels and toilet paper, and complimentary water hadn’t been replaced so I had to call to request some. Also my trip was over Easter and I was there to relax and get some good quality rest and a sleep in that I don’t get at home but had housekeeping knocking at the door at 8am, which was quite early. Overall a lovely stay but just the little things, that do matter when you pay a lot for a room over a few days. "

"Well appointed room on the tenth floor. The only let down was we had an evacuation order. And when the staff eventually arrived with the evacuation chair they hadnt a clue how to use it. Nearly threw my partner down the stairs head first. Thankfully we didnt burn to death. So if your disabled or have limited mobility dont book a suite. Unless its on the 2nd floor."
