"The vibe of the place is unique and amazing! Hidden jem of Boston. Located in great area within walking distance of restaurants and stores. Hotel is made to the 80s music vibe. Heated pool. Rooms have record player, coffe machine, iron, and modern bathroom. Everything is clean, staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Check in was good. Check out is at 11, but they can extend to 1 o.m. without charge. Anything later will be a bit of a charge. Amazing, all i can say. I will be rebooking with family for summer vacation! "

"I was very disappointed with their bathroom ceiling had many cracks Their towelis were very cheap. They had a mouse trap box by their curtain. "

"Room was so small I could have gone to the bathroom and washed my hair at the same time. You could barely walk in the room as the bed was so close to the wall. The sheets were like sandpaper. Staff was inattentive to guests checking in. "

"Overall the room was nice. Small for a one bedroom suite and a few minor issues (things not working). Large stains on carpet in hallway. My biggest issue was the staff. The valet gentlemen were nice but the front desk clerks were rude. No exceptions for early arrival and late departure. My special needs son had a medical appointment that ran over and we needed a few extra minutes to check out. We had already contacted someone there and was told no problem we could stay until 12:30. When we got there our card to get in the room had been disabled. It was 12:03. I went to the front desk and was told there were no notes in the system. Check out is at noon. I explained the situation and she was very rude. We had 4 hours until our plane left and I asked if my son could have a short swim and she told me no, the amenities are for paying guests only in which we were. I have never stayed somewhere in all my travels that did not allow this. He had just spent over 2 hours at doctors appointments and needed some calm. Kindness does not exist at this hotel. I understand that there are policies but she could have relayed them in a polite manner. The front desk manager when we checked in was willing to let him swim when we were unable to get into our room. I was told by the rude staff member that he had only been there 2 weeks and didn’t know any better. "
