"Location brilliant for tube and Paddington’s station. Room was small , but had everything that was needed . Beds comfortable . Bathroom tiny, very clean . Air con was available at extra cost . Staff very helpful, polite and knowledgeable about local area . Would recommend for a short stay ."

"Very small room. The queen bed was right against 3 walls so the person sleeping next to the wall had to climb over the other person to get out of bed. The bed only had a heavy comforter on it, no top sheet. The air conditioning could only be turned down so far and the room was warm so we had to sleep without any cover on at all. No closet, just a few hooks on the wall. For seating there is just one small stool for the desk that we had use for a nightstand since there isn’t one."

"The hotel s great, the area, despite having an American style mega mall , can be a tad rough at night, it is not unsafe just not a place for an evening stroll."
