"Self service breakfast with lots of choice, teas, coffee machine, fruit, cereals, breads. Lovely clean kitchen and dining area. We had a King Sized bedroom that was very comfortable. Ensuite very clean and shoerr was excellent. Beautiful curtains in bedroom. Instructions for entry etc very clear. Excellently placed for a 15 minute walk into Oxford. Buses from train station as road closed for train bridge work. We had parking behind the property. We would recommend staying here and would certainly stay again. Thank you."

"This is now my hotel of choice for stays in Oxford. Attractive, compact room with all relevant amenities, a really comfortable bed, and attractive views of the river. Breakfast was excellent. Service by the staff was also first rate."

"I wasnt in the main building which wasnt an issue Cleanliness was the major issue i had with my room as it was very dusty in certain parts. Whilst i was in the shower, i found water leaked from the front (soaking the bathroom floor). The lift didnt work upon my arrival, which was an inconvenience with my luggage."

"3pm check in is inconveniently late and they made us wait until the very last minute for check in. This is a very irritating practice and guests need to push back "

"Simple, clean room. The radiator was off and it got quite cold before I realised it and turned it on. There was a smell of cat in the reception while I was there for a couple of days. "
