"Room was very nice clean spacious well maintained. leisure club functional but not a plesant space to relax i would not call this a spa. No treatments availbale during week and no space to sit and relax by pool so more a functional business hotel"

"Could not fault this hotel, so clean and welcoming. Was my husband’s 70th birthday, had card and wine delivered to room, such a lovely gesture, then at breakfast they bought an ice cream cake out and sang happy birthday. Amazing staff and hotel. Thank you "

"There was construction happening right outside the window until 2AM. I known that's not the hotels fault but people should know that if they stay there they will hear everything that happens around them, including conversations (and other things) happening the next room over."

"The hotel is purported to be of 5-star accommodation but in reality is only 2 star based on our experience and the room provided. So small room and basic, no facilities, poor advice on parking nearby. We booked for 3 nights but were so disappointed we left after 2 nights, despite having pre-paid. I feel like seeking compensation for misrepresentation from Expedia or the hotel. I suggest that Expedia remove this hotel from your portfolio and it will caution me from booking other hotels through Expedia in the future. James "
