"Room was not cleaned properly it was hair on the shower walls and old soap from who ever was in the room previously. The hotel smelled bad . Me and my boyfriend was trying to have a nice time In the casino but unfortunately we kept getting ID EVERY 10 mins . When went to multiple casino and didn’t get harassed like that ."

"This was our first time staying here and we had a great time. The room was clean and the customer service was also great. The options of food and drinks and the shows were excellent. We enjoyed the pool and to see flamingos on site was awesome. Definitely will be returning."

However, we had trouble with water pressure so had to move to another room; waited around the better part of the day to get the text to move and never got it. By 3 pm we insisted on a room as we had evening plans. And the hotel offered nothing complimentary for our problems nor did they send a bellhop to help with the move. We also ran out of toilet paper in our room. The property is difficult to navigate around, not enough signs and the map not detailed enough."
