"Every few years I check into a hotel and am given a key to a room that has not been cleaned. It happened again here and the hotel found a nice room in the same category and after ten minutes I was in the new room. But the hotel seems stretched to the limits in the busy summer holiday season -- understandable, but not attractive. Nearby Zoo is one of the best in the world and worth a full day visit. "

"Staff was great. The hotel was completely booked and we were not able to get a room without being open to the bathroom. As I was traveling with my daughter, this was very important to us.
