"A great place to stay in the hidden gem of Spiez. Rooms were on the smaller side but fine considering we were not in the room much. Free breakfast was awesome! The only issue we had was with custodial staff, we saw them mocking us after asking for new towels when they came to clean our room. Otherwise, I recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Spiez!"

"Aside from no air conditioning, this hotel was fabulous. Central location and walking distance from train station. Extremely friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and bar served great drinks. They even provided us with to-go breakfast bags filled with lots of drinks and food when we left early one morning for a tour. The hotel even provided numerous fans so we could cool down despite the heat. I would stay here again."
