"Accommodation was clean, comfortable, within close walking distance to a few eateries and shops, and near Peak District favorites such as Chatsworth House and Bakewell. The children especially enjoyed the playground just across from the back garden. Our only disappointment was that the listing said there was a hot tub, but that must have been an error. "Unfortunately this property did not live up to the 10/10 Exceptional reviews. Upon arrival we were greeted by dead flowers outside and a dirty front door with a musty smelling entrance porch. Huge cobwebs in the lounge had been there months. There was mould in the corner of the dining room. The main bedroom had suffered a leak in the ceiling which had happened sometime ago and just been left. The whole property looked unloved and somewhat neglected.
