Switch to lesser unit at the lady mon

We were told our rented unit was not available when we arrived a lesser unit was provided and were told we would get $150 refunds bud from Vrbo or the owner neither occurred now Vrbo or the owner will not respond. Don’t waste your time it’s not with the bother
