"Very clean except for the windows, taking in consideration of seaspray. Difficult to appreciate the great view. Well equipped. Drawback was late entry instructions informing the elevator was broken and condo had 2 flights, which was too late for change. Difficult for a older person. Deck door was broken and unusable as was front window. Quick response on replacing dead batteries on TV remotes. No instructions on TV and remote worked half of the time. "Fletcher was super responsive. We got to his home after dark and the walkway down to the door was pretty dark with a few steps. Would recommend some additional lighting. The home was comfy and as listed. "
