"Our room was lovely. However, it looked out over the roof and mechanicals. That was an unpleasant surprise.. but I guess, someone has to get a room like that??? We had no bath towels in our room and did not realize it until I was in the shower. There was also no conditioner in the dispenser. Beds were oddly lumpy and the sheet did not smell like they'd been sanitized. Smelled like they been minimally washed with a million other sheets and still smelled like musty body smell. The layout was great. The decor was modern. Amenities great. Breakfast generous and yummy. The guest before us left some little action figure on the top of the wall art in the room which we took down. Front desk staff??? STELLAR. Had answers for all my questions. VERY helpful and pleasant."
