Un grosso problema: le pareti sono di "carta velina", quindi si sente tutto della camera vicina! Il mio vicino ha messo la sua sveglia alle 4,40 del mattino e ovviamente ha svegliato anche me e non ho più dormito.

Esperienza molto positiva in questo albergo. Facile da individuare e con possibilità di parcheggio interno. Gestione familiare: tutti i componenti dello staff sono stati molto attenti e ci hanno dato degli utili suggerimenti per le mete da raggiungere. Abbiamo anche usufruito del ristorante. Nel complesso lo consiglio.

La Cortesia del personale compensa alcune carenze della struttura un pò datata anche negli arredi delle camere, ma nel complesso pulita; buona la colazione; comodo il parcheggio gratutito interno, anche se può ospitare non più di 8/10 auto, non sperimentato il Ristorante. Nel complesso buono per viaggi d'affari o per soggiorni brevi.

Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro di selezione a Guidonia, pulizia e comfort ok! Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Da consigliare!

Hotel grazioso, idoneo per brevi soggiorni.

Hotel senza troppi fronzoli ma accogliente e idoneo per passarci qualche giorno. Provvisto di parcheggio privato che permette di lasciare l'auto in sicurezza. Locali puliti anche se qualche attenzione in più nella piccola manutenzione non guasterebbe. Il prezzo è comunque stato la vera sorpresa, a meno penso si trovi solo una tenda e, naturalmente non c'è paragone. Se la camera è rivolta verso la strada (Tiburtina) aspettatevi qualche rumore del traffico, ma a Roma questo è normale. La possibilità offerta dal ristorente interno è un punto di forza e di comodità.

Budget wise and well locayed

A basic room, but the beds were very comfortable. We has problems with the toilet leaking on arrival, but the staff made extra effort to fix the problem. Good location with easy walking distance from the Tivoli termi station, and easy bus access to villa d'este and Hadrian's villa. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Zwischen-Stop!

Da wir auf der Durchreise waren konnten wir das Hotel nur eine Nacht genießen. Die Nähe zu Rom mit dem Auto herrlich. Vor allem sehr zu vor kommendes Personal mit einer tollen Wegbeschreibung nach Rom so wie Parkplatz- Empfehlung in Rom!!

Struttura modesta, ma comoda perché a due passi da Roma e dall'autostrada A1, può essere un riferimento per spezzare un viaggio da nord a sud e viceversa. A conduzione familiare, personale gentile e disponibile, con reception 24 ore. Senza grosse pretese, lo consiglio comunque.

Compte tenu du prix c'est bien.

De nouvelles fenêtres coupent bien le son de la rue. Le petit déjeuner inclu est minime (vrai cappucino, jus et viennoiserie) les chambres sont viellotes besoin d'un coup de pinceau. Le bus est tout prêt pour se rendre à Tivoli. (villa d'Este). Il est possible de souper sur place et c'était bon. Pas d'ascenseur. Personnel très gentil.

Gentili e disponibili,buona la cucina del ristorante, peccato che la zona intorno all' hotel sia sporca e trasandata! Tutta la zona lascia molto a desiderare,problemi comunali sembra. Tutti gli hotel della zona dovrebbero protestare in comune! Ne risente il loro prestigio!
