"This hotel was just amazing. From a recent fit out ( really well done) it was very clean, the facilities were great and the vicinity of the hotel was perfect to easily get to the main attractions. The staff ( every one of them, especially ToyGut) could not have been more helpful or friendly. Because we had to catch an early flight they even went to the trouble of packing us a breakfast hamper to take with us. In the taxi. Can’t recommend them highly enough- an exceptional experience Karen & Rob"

"The hotel overall is very good. Two small negatives. The staff at front desk could be more helpful by paying attention to guests and staying away from their cell phones while helping guests. The small fridge in my room had glass door and its light was on all night. That's not helpful for guestscwho can sleep with lights on. The breakfast and dinning area were excellent. The Turkish bath and sauna were great. The location was good, not too close to heart of the old city but not too far, about 20 minutes walk. I would recommend Holiday Inn Old City."

"Mest Hotel was nothing short of wonderful. The property itself is beautiful, with lots of character, charm and stunning views of the New Mosque and the Bosphorus. The breakfast was very good, with lots of variety. The service was excellent. The small touches that make a big difference is what I loved most about this hotel, such as the staff showing you your room and explaining all the amenities and details. The available coffee on the terrace. The snacks in the lobby, etc. The staff are very professional, friendly, and ready to go above and beyond. Highly recommend."
