"Cant fault the property at all just except for the beds was not very comfortable,but everything else was amazing."

"Good for a reasonably priced stay if you go midweek. Bathroom in my room was a bit odd, had a massive jacuzzi bath with a rainfall shower head over it, no shower curtain or screen.The shower head needed a thorough clean so who knows what state the jacuzzi jets would’ve been in. Seems a very odd choice for a hotel bathroom in a “4*” hotel. Felt a bit seedy motel like. Looking a bit worse for wear in places in what is a magnificent older building with some great features. There was an issue with the hot water for a few hours in the morning but was rectified in time to be able to get a hot shower, thankfully. Wouldn’t rush to return here, not terrible but distinctly average. "

"Room was tidy and clean albeit looking a bit tired. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely worth the extra cost with plenty on offer."

"Basic, but get what you pay for. Lovely staff, really helpful. Breakfast is ok. Aircon broke in first room, moved into another and it worked but incredibly noisy so couldn’t use it. Windows don’t open. "

"Great stay, lovely room for a reasonable price and free parking is a big bonus"

"The location was perfect and parking on site was great. Unfortunately we were in the front of the hotel and the noise from the street woke us ( we were on floor 9). Even numbered rooms are at the back of the hotel. The air con wouldn't go any lower than 18 and the room was too hot. Breakfast was great and staff were helpful."
